SEED Winnipeg Presentation
The West Broadway Community Learning Network was pleased to have a presenter from SEED Winnipeg conduct a presenation for the CLN participants and community on September 30, 2003. This presentation was included to enhance the CLN module on Financial Management.
The presentation focused on a Learnsave program offered by SEED called IDA (Individual Development Account). This program is geared towards low income families and individuals to help them save towards a financial asset (i.e. a house, education, business start up, etc.).

Introductions were given by all who attended to familiarize each other with any new participants.

Budgeting Workshop- March 2004
Friday March 12, 2004
We held a Budgeting Workshop on March 18th, 2004 at 10:00am- 11:30am
It was held at Creative Retirement Meeting Room at 270 Sherbrook Ave.
Lunch was served, I think for this one we had Lasgna. I find that when we have these meals along with our workshops, more participants tend to come to them.
Everyone brought their ideas on how you think that the program can be improved and how to make things easier for them to develop their websites.
